The European Commission announced additional funding of over €210 million for the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions, saying it will allow more than 700 additional researchers to develop their careers in Europe.

The increase forms part of Choose Europe, the Commission’s initiative intended to make the EU a leading global destination for scientific talent, research and technological innovation. The announcement concerns support through a programme focused on research careers. The Commission disclosed the funding in a press release issued in Brussels.
